We offer free shipping for orders with 2 or more items, or else a flat rate of $6.99

We also offer free shipping for all subscription orders (don’t forget – you’ll save 20% off our regular prices when you order a subscription!)

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, occasionally deliveries can take a little longer than expected. If your order is arriving late, please have patience! We promise your fur baby will love it 🙂

RETURNS

All Doggie Karma products are made with the highest quality ingredients and packaged with the utmost care, and we believe they will help your furry friend live a long and happy life with you.

If, for some reason, you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 90 days and we will give you your money back.

The item must be returned within the 90-day window, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

To initiate the return process, please email us at [email protected] and request a return label. Once you’ve received the return label you’ll have 90 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Return labels not returned past 60 days will be voided.
